Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to speak, read, and write English to understand and follow instructions.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including reaching overhead and floor care.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Familiarity with a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
• Follow detailed oral and written instructions to complete daily cleaning schedules and special requests.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
• Reach overhead and other difficult areas to ensure comprehensive cleaning coverage.
• Accurately perform basic mathematical computations to measure cleaning solutions and manage inventory supplies.
