Landry's, Inc.Landry's, Inc. is a large, privately-held American corporation that operates as a multi-brand provider of dining, hospitality, and entertainment services. Our company is owned by CEO Tilman Fertitta, who became the U.S. ambassador to Italy in May 2025.

Our company has a diverse portfolio; we operate over 600 locations across the United States. In addition to owning and operating hotels, casinos and entertainment complexes, Landry's, Inc is one of the largest full-service restaurant operators in the United States with over 480 locations in 40 states and 15 countries.

Our restaurants poperate under the names of Rainforest Cafe, Saltgrass Steak House, Morton's - The Steakhouse, McCormick & Schmick's, Landry's Seafood, The Chart House, Oceanaire, Bubba Gump, and Claim Jumper, plus our upscale signature group of restaurants which includes Vic & Anthony's.

We are also engaged in the ownership and operation of select hospitality/entertainment businesses and casinos including The Golden Nugget casinos, The Kemah Boardwalk, and the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, which feature rides, games, retail, and multiple dining options.

Our company maintains a hands-on approach with a focus on service, quality, and strategic location placement near major retail, convention, and business centers. In 2025, we held a leadership conference to connect with operators of our various concepts, maintaining our focus on internal growth and development. Our business is generally described as being on a path of continued growth, with new locations and concepts opening annually.
