  The Lead Maintenance Technicianis responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the hotel's maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, life safety, and energy management. This role ensures the property's physical infrastructure is well-maintained, compliant with safety and brand standards, and operating efficiently. The Lead Maintenance Technician leads the maintenance team, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and partners with hotel leadership to support a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for guests and team members. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by living out our company purpose: “hospitality from our family to yours."
