In the absence of the Chief, the assistant will assume the hotel's administrative, financial, and operating aspects as they relate to engineering. The Assistant Chief Engineer will maintain and supervise the hotel's maintenance operations, encompassing refrigeration, heating, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, energy controls, and energy efficiency. The position is also responsible for maintaining standards as required by the city and the brand. Ideal candidates will have experience with major brands and a positive, solution-oriented focus. This position requires flexible scheduling, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
