Responsible for ensuring quick, engaging, and effective communication with guests, the restaurant host plays a critical role in overall guest satisfaction. Restaurant hosts must maintain communication with restaurant management and servers and seat guests according to preferences and restaurant capability.

• Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Sales Managers are the energetic, positive, tenacious, and competitive force behind hotel revenue generation.  Responsible for actively soliciting new business, negotiating contracts, communicating client needs, and engaging repeat business. Sales Managers must employ varied sales strategies to reach aggressive goals.  The primary role of a Sales Manager is to identify prospective clientele, effectively negotiate, sell a complete solution, support client needs throughout the process, and book repeat business by exceeding client expectations.

• Public Area Attendant (PM) (Housekeeping)

  The Public Area Attendant will keep all public areas and facilities (such as lobby restrooms, the telephone area, the front desk, and offices) neat and clean. The public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and able to address guest requests and problems.

• Front Office Supervisor (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Supervisor is part of the management structure of the Front Office. He or she will aid the other managers in monitoring the daily operations of the hotel by supporting and supervising all front office operations and staff, overseeing hotel availability, room inventory, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

• Security Officer (Security)

  Hotel Security provides support, resources, and peace of mind for hotel guests and associates. Responsible for routine safety and security walks. Hotel Security ensures hotel guests, associates, and property are protected. Hotel Security serves a critical role in recognizing, reporting, and responding to security concerns and guest issues.

• Bartender - Evelyns / Analog (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Bartenders provide attentive, dynamic, and inspiring beverage service for our restaurant guests.  Thorough knowledge of mixology, the restaurant food and beverage menus, and recommended pairings is critical to success. Bartenders must be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging, service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving.  The primary responsibility of a Bartender is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute the company vision, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Staff Accountant (Hotel) (Finance/Accounting)

  The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Controller in the accurate reporting of revenue to ensure that the information is balanced to the general ledger. They will also be responsible for reconciling and billing ledger accounts.

• Front Desk Agent (Hotel) (Guest Services)

The primary responsibility of a Front Desk Agents is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute brand service standards, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Maintenance Engineer (PM) (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Maintenance Engineers perform an instrumental role in the overall functionality of the hotel facility and system operation.  Engineers tackle routine challenges, preventative maintenance, and respond to guest needs when something isn’t working as it should.  The primary responsibility of a Maintenance Engineer is proactive upkeep of equipment and systems, proper and adequate repair of building and equipment, safe use of tools and other power equipment, and support of guest and operational needs.

• Maintenance Engineer III (PM) (Engineering/Maintenance)
