What you will be doing

Sales & Catering Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative tasks related to booking events, coordinating with clients, managing sales & catering contracts, and ensuring smooth communication between sales teams and catering staff. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, coordinating logistics for events, maintaining client databases, preparing all sales & catering  contracts and proposals for DOS approval, and providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process. Additionally, assist with event setup, liaise with vendors, and ensure all details are executed according to the client's specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential for this role. Delphifdc and HILTON OnQ, R&I experience need only apply.
