-ロビーにいらっしゃるゲストに挨拶し、案内をする。 -VIPゲストの主たる接客係りとなり、ゲストの要望が全ての部門に伝達および対応されていることを確認する。 -ゲストから定期的に口頭のフィードバックを収集、問い合わせに速やかにかつ効率的に対応する。 -１４日間以上の長期滞在ゲストへの主たる接客係りとなり、彼らが気兼ねなく情報やサポートを得られるようにする。 -ゲストからの苦情を管理、記録、そして速やかに解決する。-レセプション、ロビーやエグゼクティヴラウンジで常に高品質のおもてなしが提供できるよう管理する。 -アップセリングが適切に実行できるように、すべてのホテル内施設や設備に関して熟知している。 -季節に合わせてロビーやレセプションのクリエイティブなデコレーションを考案し、ゲストにとって暖かい印象を持っていただけるように取り組む。 -エグゼクティヴラウンジ マネージャーとコミュニケーションを取り、リピーターゲストを管理するとともに、予算内でゲストの好みに合ったリワードを考案する。 -ホテルの全部署との良好な関係性の構築。 -レセプションとエグゼクティヴラウンジのミーティングに参加。 -ホテルのセキュリティー、火災に関する法令、安全に関する法令の順守。 -ホテルのポリシーや手順を守る。 -他部署のサポート |
