【業務内容】
- セールスマネージャーとして、コンファレンス＆イベント（C＆E）セールス部門と協力して、会議施設や客室の売上によって収益機会を最大限に高めます。セールスマネージャーは、次の業務を最高水準で行う責任があります。
- コンファレンス＆イベントによる収益機会を最大化する。
- セールスやその他の収益創出ビジネスプランを見直し、ギャップを見つけ、ホテルと会議スペースを埋める積極的な方法を用いて、設定された目標を達成する。
- ホテルのセールス戦略に貢献し、部門を管理して、チームメンバーが戦略に密着して仕事を行えるようにする。
- 競争市場を理解し、ホテルが地元市場で競争的な地位を維持できるアプローチを導入する。
- セールスチームを効果的に育成し、高い品質水準と積極的なセールス活動を支持するチーム精神を採り入れる。
- 効果的に仕事を進めて、ホテル内の他の社員と協力関係を構築する。
