Night Audit Overview:

Night Audit plays a very important role within the hotel function.  Working the overnight hours (11pm-7am) is not easy.  You will be responsible for bookkeeping and keeping financial records up to date as well as checking guests in and out.  The night audit position will welcome guests, oversee processing and reconciling the daily receipts as well as preparing guests bills.   This candidate needs to be self-motivated, disciplined and be an organized individual.

This position is eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus.  $125 will be paid out after 30 days of successful employment and $125 paid out after 60 days of successful employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing guests check in and check outs.
• Respond to guests needs and requests.
• Answering phone calls and transmitting phone messages
• Securing payment, verifying, and adjusting the bills as needed.
• Handling accounting of money, receipts, guests accounts and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure the company's funds are secure.
• Close out the end of day hotel procedures in the computer systems.
• Summarizing the nights operations and communication with the necessary departments.
• Ensures rollover from one business day to the next.
