Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar food service role ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Must be able to work a flexible AM/PM shifts with weekend availability 
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
• Attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required
• Hilton brand experience is a plus
