調理業務に加え、５～６名の調理チームの勤怠管理や指導・育成等、管理業務も担っていただきます。
マネジメントのご経験がある方も、初めてマネジメントにチャレンジしたい方もやりがいのあるお仕事です。
【業務内容】
・厨房の衛生管理
・メニューの考案
・仕込み、調理、盛り付け、厨房内片づけ
・食材の発注
・在庫やコスト管理
・シフト作成
・後輩スタッフの指導・育成
朝食はブッフェスタイルで和・洋・沖縄料理を提供しています。
ディナーは週末のみ、フィッシュアンドチップスやクラブハウスサンドなどのアラカルトを提供しています。
