Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Performs general maintenance repairs such as, plumbing, painting, lighting fixtures and electrical needs.
• Promptly responds to front desk reports of guest issues or concerns.
• Assists in mowing of the lawn and flower bed / weeds control
• Ensures outside premises is clean of debris and trash
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems 
• Check for new maintenance requests from front office or management
• Perform maintenance activities in the guest rooms such as plunging, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, a/c and/or AC ducts
• To be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect guests and associates, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency 
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to focus attention on details 
• Verbal and Communication skills

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
