Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Assist clients/guests with special needs,
Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Serve food and beverages, Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Describe and advise on wine selection, Advise on menu selections
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience is an asset
