As a Sales Coordinator, you will partner with clients, guests, and our food and beverage teams to create and execute events for our guests. Responsibilities 

• Greet clients via phone, collect information and input leads for sales managers

  Process and distribute guest amenity forms and Marriott group/event rewards

• Assist sales team by filing important documents/contracts and communicating relevant information

• Distribute internal communications on a daily or weekly basis

• Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering additional as needed

• Block and coordinate in house meetings

• All other duties assigned

Qualifications 

• Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in hospitality, sales or related field preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of property management and reservation systems preferred
• Ability to work some holidays, weekends and evenings

• Experience with Marriott Systems a plus.

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
• Ability to lift, balance, and move up to 35 pounds
