As Front Desk Agent, you will be a member of our dynamic TEAM providing outstanding customer service, and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel.  

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Requirements:

• Must have prior hotel experience or in a similar role
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work primary shifts of 7 AM - 3 PM & 3 PM-11 PM but this is subject to vary based on business demands
• Have reliable transportation
• Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Hilton brand experience is beneficial

Compensation: $18.29 hourly
