What You’ll Do

  • Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes
  • Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed
  • Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests
  • Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift’s staff
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift securely
  • Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department
  • Communicate any emergency, lost item or theft to proper security staff and/or authorities
  • Keep contingency lists in case of emergency and communicate any necessary messages

The pay range for this position is $25.08 to $25.08 per hour. This position offers coverage for medical, dental, vision, health care flexible spending account, dependent care flexible spending account, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, adoption expense reimbursements, paid parental leave, educational assistance, 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, discounts at Marriott properties, commuter benefits, employee assistance plan, and childcare discounts. Benefits are subject to terms and conditions, which may include rules regarding eligibility, enrollment, waiting period, contribution, benefit limits, election changes, benefit exclusions, and others. Employees will accrue 0.03847 hour for every hour worked to be used toward PTO/Vacation/Holiday/Sick.
