The Opportunity 

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Cleaner to join our Team Members' Housing team at Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone, Montana. As a Cleaner, you will be key member of the housekeeping team helping to create great guest experience by keeping the property clean and sanitized.

Responsibilities 

• Thoroughly clean communal areas, apartments, and laundry room according to department procedures
• Inspect the facilities and grounds at the property; ensure all areas are clean and sanitized
• Empty and transport trash and waste to disposal area
• Distribute linen and housing supplies to units in need
• Ensure compliance with Employee Housing Guidelines
• Reports maintenance repair problems to Manager
• Support the associate transportation shuttle service 
• This is a driving position; the successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Drive in all-weather conditions, including snow and ice
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous housing, cleaning or relevant experience preferred

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds including furniture and equipment
• Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift
• Frequent climbing of stairs
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying
• Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing
