熟悉大型数据中心基础设施（供电、空调、消防、安防、监控、网络等）的运行原理，故障判断方法； 愿长期从事白班、夜班轮流制的监控岗位，有充足的学习时间； 工作责任心强，具备团队合作精神，具有较好的职业素质，有较强的学习能力； 工作积极上进，具有良好的服务意识； 良好的分析和解决问题的能力,能独立完成各种工作。
