Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Previous work experience in a hotel setting or in a similar food service role is ideal, but willing to train the right person looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Marriott brand experience is beneficial 
• Must be available to work 4 PM-11 PM EST 
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
• Attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required
