Host / Hostess

We are seeking guest focused, friendly Host/Hostess who can ensure a positive, lasting impression through attending to guests' needs.

What you will be doing

Essential Functions:

• Greet and seat guests.
• Answers phone calls and questions related to reservations.
• Maintains waitlist by obtaining guest information.
• Cleans, organizes, and maintains menus and host stand.
• Maintain clean service areas and make sure all service areas are stocked throughout shift.
• Be ready and willing to assist all team members when needed.
• Attend scheduled meetings.
• Ability to understand guests’ service needs.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
