Front Desk Associate

The DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis Airport is looking for Full Time energetic and highly motivated Front Desk associates with a positive attitude who can work in a fast paced hotel environment. This is a Full-Time position and requires flexible availability for both day and evening shifts (including weekends and some holidays).

We are a 472 rooms property with 13 suites & 23K banquet space.

Hilton Experience and PEP experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the appropriate checking in and checking out of guests is handled in a courteous and professional manner
• Operating telephone switchboard station
• Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell person, Housekeeping), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction.
• Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
• Assist guests with accessing the internet.
