Description
宾客关系团队成员需为 VIP 宾客整个入住期间为其提供卓越服务。从入住到离店，宾客关系团队应在礼宾台、促销活动期间及其他场合，随时准满足宾客的各种要求。
我的具体职责是什么？
作为宾客关系团队成员，您将在充当宾客、酒店和各酒店部门之间主要联系人的前台团队工作。宾客关系团队成员的表现将会影响宾客的第一印象，因此应负责并以最高标准完成以下任务：
- 提前查看 VIP 宾客登记入住时的宾客抵达报告，与客房服务部协调 VIP 宾客的客房安排事宜
- 负责特别客房安排和套房入住
- 迎接 VIP 宾客，帮其完成登记入住手续，包括将宾客护送至行政酒廊和 VIP 客房
- 确保所有 VIP 客房均达到最高质量标准，并在 VIP 宾客抵达前提供客人要求的所有设施
- 在酒店大堂管理宾客关系服务台
- 充当 VIP 宾客的主要联系人，确保酒店各部门知晓 VIP 宾客的要求
- 维护宾客设施目录
- 随时掌握酒店产品、服务、价格和特别促销优惠以及每日 VIP 和特别活动信息
