What Will You Be Doing?

As the Front Desk Supervisor, your role is critical in keeping our operations smooth and our guests happy. You'll:

Oversee the front desk team, ensuring all members are trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Be the go-to person for guest inquiries, providing assistance and information with a personal touch.

Manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest services with efficiency and a smile.

Collaborate with the entire Moxy crew to maintain the brand's standards and unique voice.

Ensure all operations adhere to our safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.

What's in Your Arsenal?

Experience in hotel front office management.

A knack for juggling various tasks while maintaining an unwavering focus on guest experience.

Familiarity with property management systems and a willingness to dive into the details.

A background in Beverage and Food services is a plus, as is a creative flair or social media savvy.
