Service Express Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking an individual who is proficient in answering and dispatching internal/external calls to the resort. This role requires good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and excellent phone demeanor. The Guest Express Services Agent must work well with handling a high volume of calls and be comfortable answering questions relating to the hotel, giving directions, and directing requests to the corresponding department. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, transportation options, and general front desk operations. This agent must have knowledge of front desk processes and be able to assist arrival/departures when needed.

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Non remote position.
