Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Origin Baton Rouge. The ideal candidate will have strong bartending and restaurant leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling - Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards - Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control - Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a restaurant/bar manager - Strong bartending skills and knowledge of mixology - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service - Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field preferred To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter.
