***This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, or Dallas, TX***

This is your chance to be part of a Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As a Senior Analyst, Customer Acquisitions, you will work onsite in McLean or Dallas, and report to the Senior Manager, assuming responsibilities for delivering performance data and reporting to help support strategic decisions that enable Hilton Honors enrollment performance.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Extract and analyze enrollment data to present relevant insights and information to main partners and maintain ongoing tracking towards enterprise enrollment goals.
  • Support annual forecast development and global target-setting process, from recommendation development through roll-out and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Maintain loyalty industry analysis focused on acquisition methods to ensure Hilton is applying standard methodologies to acquisition activities.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with Hilton Analytics to manage enrollment reporting activities, including creation and distribution of reports to internal partners.
  • Collaborate with Regional, Channel, and Enterprise partners through reporting and insights.
  • Promote implementation of strategic customer acquisition programs to grow global membership in the Hilton Honors loyalty platform across internal and external channels.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Measure Hilton Honors enrollment performance through maintenance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance read-outs to partners.
  • Develop insights narratives to enable storytelling with data, shaped to each audience level.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional work experience.
  • Two (2) years supporting or reporting on analytic teams.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, performing complex functions.
  • Ability to work 3 days per week in McLean, VA or Addison, TX office.

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS/ Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in Loyalty or Hospitality
  • Experience working within reporting tools: MicroStrategy, Adobe Analytics, SQL
