This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brand Performance Support team that delivers responsive and effective support to Hotel Leaders across over 7,000 hotels through close collaboration with many parts of the business! As a Director, Brand Performance Support Hilton Garden Inn (HGI), you will work with Hilton Commercial Performance teams, the Global Brand Organizations, and multiple Hilton Partners to provide resources that support hotel leaders for new openings, conversion ramp-up, performance delivery, and service optimization. On the BPS team reporting to Senior Director, Category Support Focused Service, you will manage the hotel support needs identified in partnership with the HGI Category and assigned Brand Leaders.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Oversee the facilitation and coordination of hotel consultation efforts for identified hotels within the Brand and the necessary follow-up on agreed-upon action steps to be taken by the hotels.
  • Deliver customized support across several subject matters for those hotels collaboratively identified as opportunity and high-priority hotels within the assigned Brand.
  • Represent Brand Performance Support across the enterprise in projects, work groups, meetings, and initiatives related to the Brand.
  • Real-time documentation of all support activities provided to hotels in Salesforce following established team business processes and protocols.
  • Create professional presentations and communications for both internal and external audiences.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with other BPS functional areas is critical to ensure that the HGI Brand fully leverages and maximizes the “BPS central support” components (i.e., Hotel Leader Support, Targeted Coaching Emails, BOOST Action Plans, etc.).  
  • Manage communication between BPS and assigned Brand Leaders to provide overall hotel support status and gain consensus on support deployment for high-priority and opportunity hotels. 

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Be the HGI Brands BPS primary contact for supporting the designated hotels within your assigned Brand.
  • Be the BPS representative at QA Committee Meetings and provide comprehensive status updates, including support offered, engagement with Brand Management Support, performance trends, and recommended next steps.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of related professional experience
  • Five (5) years of hotel and/or third-party hospitality management experience
  • Three (3) years of management or supervisory experience
  • Travel 35% of the time

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three (3) years of experience working with Hilton Brands
  • Understanding of Salesforce, MicroStrategy, and Tableau
  • Knowledge of the hotel development process, including financing, construction, design, and operations
