What You Will Be Doing

As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional and memorable stay for our guests. Your responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, providing exceptional service in person or over the phone, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

  • A friendly and outgoing personality, always ready to greet guests with a smile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic reading, writing, and math abilities
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to effectively talk, listen, and interact with guests
  • Able to handle objects, tools, and controls with hands and fingers
  • Capable of walking, sitting, and reaching with hands and arms
  • Able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Education & Experience

We require a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideally, you will have one to three months of related experience and/or training in the hospitality industry.
