Food and Beverage Coordinator

If you have experience in and a passion for the F&B world, strive in a fast paced environment, and are flexible and detail-oriented, this role is for you. The F&B Coordinator will be providing dual support to both the Banquets and Culinary teams, with administrative duties including but not limited to: scheduling, answering phones, attending BEO meetings, creating Purchase Orders, printing, tracking attendance/availability.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous F&B experience
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your independently and within a team

It would be advantageous for you to demonstrate the following capabilities:

• Previous experience in the hotel industry
• Previous experience with Birchstreet, Micros, Delphi, Microsoft

The hourly rate for this role is $21.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
