We're looking for a fun, outgoing, and dedicated individual to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chattanooga Downtown. If you're ready to learn and grow in a dynamic environment with Full-Time and Part-Time hours available, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

As a valued member of our team, you'll provide exceptional service to our guests by warmly greeting them and promptly attending to their inquiries and requests. You'll be a master mixologist, crafting delicious beverages and adding that perfect garnish. With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure guests are of legal drinking age and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with all regulations. You'll also handle payments, restock the bar, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Plus, you'll have the chance to take on exciting projects as needed.

Your Qualifications:

In addition to having basic reading, writing, and math skills, we're looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have some experience in the hospitality industry. While laundry experience is preferred, we're more interested in your positive attitude and willingness to learn. You must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires physical stamina, as you'll be frequently on your feet, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in areas with high temperatures.

Education & Experience:

We value a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. If you have one to three months of related experience or training, that's a bonus!
