Are you a fun, energetic team player searching for an exciting opportunity to learn and grow? Look no further! We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chattanooga Downtown.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming and escorting guests to their seats for an unforgettable dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting guests with their dining needs
  • Managing the seating chart and ensuring smooth dining flow
  • Performing opening and closing duties as required
  • Assisting with side work, such as cleaning and stocking
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to foster positive working relationships

What We're Looking For

We expect our team members to possess basic reading, writing, and math skills, with some experience in laundry preferred. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements for this role include regularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, frequent standing, moving, and handling of objects and equipment, and frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling in high-temperature areas around heavy equipment.

Education & Experience

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, along with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
