Maintenance Openings at Sands Harbor Resort

Compensation: BASED ON EXPERIENCE, Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Handle guestroom maintenance requests in a timely manner.

* Handle lobby maintenance requests in a timely manner.

* Handle waterfront restaurant requests in a timely manner.

* Be familiar with all operational manuals and warranty agreements for equipment.

* Immediately follow up on any alarms to determine the exact location and cause.

* Ensure that pool and spa are in compliance with area health codes.

* Conduct daily property tour of the hotel and exterior perimeter for debris and trash removal. Check all lighting and irrigation.

* Perform any other duties as requested by the Chief Engineer or General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.

* Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly while evaluating and selecting courses of action quickly and accurately.

* Must work well in stressful high pressure situations and maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
