We are hiring Lounge Bar Back

We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Working at our hotel bar and lounge outlets means you are many times the first or last greeting our guest receives in the day as you work alongside our talented bartenders! It’s a TEAM effort at our Concord establishments and so your role is just as vital to the guest experience as the bartender. Your friendly smile and cheerful customer service attitude sets the tone for our guests to enjoy what the day brings to them. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference

We are looking for an energetic and professional Lounge Bar Back to join our vibrant restaurant. You will perform a range of tasks including preparation for Bar Service, clean, maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Job Description

• Maintain and follow Health and Safety Regulations provide by Management team.
• Clean and organize bar & lounge areas
• Adheres all company established guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and safety regulations.
• Efficiently communicates to Management leaders, and FOH team to address any needs and issues.
• Support and learn from fellow co-workers by assisting them with retrieval of any supplies they may needs and requests.
• Receive beverage orders, account for invoiced items and transport and store liquor.
• Maintain & Organize Bar Inventory
• Restock Bar Supplies ie: napkins, straws, dinner set-up in preparation for bar service
• Restock and organize necessary wine, liquor, perishable & non-perishable goods
• Prepare, label and date all necessary syrups, juices, fruits for Bar service
• A team-oriented worker, and dedication to team player.
