Bar Back - Lobby Bar

Description

Summary: Cleans bar and equipment, and replenishes bar supplies such as liquor, fruit, ice, and dishes by performing the following duties.

The Bar Back - Lobby Bar at PGA National Resort responsibilities:include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Stocks refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer
• Replaces empty beer kegs with full ones
• Slices and pits used to garnish drinks
• Wash glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures
• Removes empty bottles and trash, clean up the spills, remove the glassware and organize the counter.
• Mixes and prepares flavors for mixed drinks
• Keep the bar stocked with all other necessary items before and during service hours.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by smiling and answering any questions our customers may ask
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays
• Must have a Florida Food Handlers and Alcohol compliance certifications or obtain within 30 days of hire

Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and work well with fellow employees and maintain a presentable appearance, behavior and manner at all times. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
