As Front Desk Agent, you will be a member of our dynamic TEAM providing outstanding customer service, and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel.  

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a similar role
• Availability for either AM shifts 7am to 3pm or PM shifts 3pm-11pm
• Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Hyatt brand experience is beneficial
