Job Description
The Naples Grande Beach Resort now seeks energetic team players to join us!
Position Title:CONFERENCE SERVICES MANAGER
Shift: FLEXIBLE
Day(s) Required: FLEXIBLE
Rate of Pay: SALARIED
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in Event Management/Planning/etc.
- Thorough understanding of the Conference Services scope of resort management
- Flexibility to work when clients are present
- Can work under pressure and time deadlines
- Enjoys working with both internal and external customers
- Good computer skills, great customer skills, knowledge of Delphi preferrable.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires work at desk and also being on-floor with clients
- Requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping and reaching. Minimal pick up of heavy items
- Necessary to work both inside and outside of hotel for functions and site inspections
- May be exposed to extreme weather elements, including heat, humidity, rain, wind, cold, etc.
Anticipated Start Date: Two (2) weeks from date of job offer
