***This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Dallas, TX, or McLean, VA***

This is your chance to be part of Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As a Manager, Content Orchestration Governance, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Orchestration team reporting to Senior Manager, Content Innovation, you will work on projects including maintaining global standards for content management within our organization. Your role involves designing and influencing the use of several technologies, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), and Computer-Assisted Translation Tools (CAT-tools). You will also shape Taxonomy, Translation Memory strategy, and Language Service Providers (LSPs) workflows and technology adoption and compliance across content ideation, archive, and management processes.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Manage and advise a team of content governance analysts.
  • Design and implement global standards and governance framework for content management systems and roles and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Monitor compliance with established standards related to content management.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with teams to influence the adoption and utilization of CMS, DAM, MAM, and LSP tools.
  • Develop and implement a translation memory strategy to repurpose existing translations, improve consistency, and reduce costs associated with multilingual content production, collaborating with language service providers and team members.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Improve content workflows, streamline processes, and enhance content creation, localization, and distribution efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to improve content management processes, workflows, and technologies, using feedback, data analysis, and industry trends to enhance effectiveness and user experience.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in Content Operations, Governance, Standardization of Operating Procedures, or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of content platforms (DAM, CMS, CAT tools)
  • Project management experience in a global enterprise.
  • Prior experience managing large-scale projects and people.
  • Prior experience with translation and localization workflows and tools.
  • Travel up to 10%.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience with technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Experience utilizing data analytics to inform content decisions.
  • Prior experience with change management.
  • Prior experience with vendor relationship management.
