How Will You Shine?

As a valued and successful Human Resource Assistant, you will be required to:

• Greet applicants and employees. 
• Manage incoming/outgoing phone calls. 
• Maintain employee personnel files for active and terminated. 
• Maintain I-9 binders, and keep current.
• Maintain work area clean and organized. 
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately. 
• Copy materials i.e., applications, new hire packets, and documents. 
• Set up and maintain new employee personnel files. 
• Prepare orientation packets and conduct New Hire Orientation
• Attend mandatory meetings. 
• Maintain office supply inventories. 
• Distribute payroll. 
• Open and distribute mail.
• Process nametag requests
• Assist in the planning of social events.
• Monitor employee incentive programs.
• Conduct tours of the resort 
• Assist in the planning of social events.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager to include cross-training.
