Requirements for Success

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager
  • Minimum of 5 years of hotel leadership experience
  • Prior experience with Marriott is required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage change effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and sales
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Proficient in hotel accounting and HR responsibilities
