The Opportunity 

Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for a Procurement and Inventory Manager to join our team at LAX Airport in Los Angeles, California. As Procurement and Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost of goods sold process.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66560 - $88400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

  • Support food and beverage operations in all facets of Birchstreet implementation
  • Maintain accurate inventory and spoilage best practices
  • Assist operational teams with internal Birchstreet best practices to develop standardized procedures
  • Utilize the Birchstreet system to identify and address gaps in the procurement and inventory processes within the unit
  • Serve as a Birchstreet liaison, programming, and compliance support

Qualifications 

  • Working knowledge of purchasing, accounts payable, and inventory management processes.
  • Minimum of three years’ of purchasing or inventory planning experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with 3rd party invoice processors.
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Finance and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
