Are you a team player with a warm smile and a passion for connecting with people? If so, we have the perfect position for you as a Front Desk Agent.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will have the chance to create an exceptional and unforgettable experience for our valued guests. You will welcome and assist guests, both in person and over the phone, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your friendly and timely check-in and check-out process will contribute to a memorable stay for every guest.

What we're looking for:

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle guest interactions with ease
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds

Education & Experience:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, along with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
