Director of Revenue Management

We are hiring a Director of Revenue Management for our beautiful hotel that is located in downtown Austin. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing overall room revenue through the development, implementation and execution of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on demand factors and competitor analysis with the consistent goal of gaining market share. You will provide daily strategic and direct inventory management to include analysis and tracking of daily pickup, turndowns, market pricing, inventory strategies, and demand pattern changes, in addition to understanding all current brand promotions and identifying which ones will best fit the hotel strategy objectives.
