We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Team with a starting Wage up to $21 per hour! Depending on Experience.

HomeTowne Studios has been a leader in providing quality extended hotel stays. The company manages hotels in 20 different states. Our HomeTowne properties were renovated in 2018 and we continue to improve the quality as well as the guest and employee experience. By enhancing our properties and training techniques, we have made our managed hotels a better place for our guests to stay and a better place for our employees to work.

Specific Requirements:

  • Conduct sales activities to promote and sell guest rooms, focusing on building hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Utilize online lead generation tools to prospect various industries and develop a prospect list for outreach.
  • Contact leads and accounts to introduce or reintroduce hotels, assess needs, and offer solutions for travel requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Hometowne Studios as a solution.
  • Lead conversations, taking ownership of solutions, and carefully listening to identify customer needs and motivations.
  • Present value proposition effectively to business owners using proven sales techniques.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience and education accepted.
  • 1 or more years of successful sale experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, decision making skills, customer focused instincts and sound judgement.
  • Proficient in the use of computer software programs such as MS Office, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Construction Connect with the ability to easily maneuver efficiently and accurately through software to complete tasks.
  • Possess and demonstrate the ability to independently evaluate problems, issues, or challenges and develop, investigate, and implement solutions to resolve these challenges.
  • Experience in upselling, reselling over the phone and cold calling is a plus.
  • Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability and drive to lead a team and must have an attitude and passion for success.
