Your role:

  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Prepare and execute daily food service, including cooking, food prep, and cleaning
  • Ensure financial success and profitability of the food and beverage department
  • Supervise and support employees through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

What we're looking for:

We value basic reading and writing skills, as well as previous experience in food and beverage. The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is a must. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in high-temperature environments.

Experience and education:

Two to three years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
