The Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel and Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport is looking for a Complex Business Travel Sales Manager to join their amazing team! This is a great opportunity to sell 2 hotels and be a part of our award-winning brand! The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Business Travel Sales experience within the hotel industry and local market knowledge.

About Our Hotels

The Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites is directly opposite of Toronto-Pearson International Airport and just 7 minutes from Toronto Congress Center and International Center. The hotel features 420 guest rooms and 2,096 square feet of event space. 

The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport is located 1 kilometer from Toronto – Pearson International Airport and UP Station which can take you downtown in 25 minutes. The hotel features 225 Guest rooms and our Dixon Kitchen and Bar serves breakfast and dinner with a 24-hour Pavilion Pantry offering drinks and snacks. 

What will I be doing?

The Complex Business Travel Sales Manager serves as the hotels representative to prospective clients and customers who require year-round/seasonal hotel guestrooms rate agreement. Travels primarily outside the hotel to initiate new sales, solicit leads, hold conferences and create sales proposals for both hotels. 

• • Focus on qualifying new local negotiated BTS accounts via outside calls, prospect callings, attending trade shows and industry events with the exception of key national accounts. This includes negotiating contract and agreements with 3^rd party and FIT partners.
  • Generate leads for group accounts & catering functions.
  • Participate in industry related organizations, and local community to develop business. Attain leadership status when possible.
  • Assist in daily customer relations.
  • Conduct site inspections and entertain clients on property as needed.
