We are searching for qualified individuals to join our team!

 As a hotel maintenance tech, you are an important part of our guest service team; assisting guests with any maintenance issue they may be experiencing in their guest room. No prior hotel experience is required. As long as you are a hard worker with a positive attitude, you can be successful in this position.

As Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will:
  • Take regular action to keep guest room and areas fully operable for guest comfort and safety and the work environment safe for fellow associates. This includes working with electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, hotel phone systems, etc.
  • Work cohesively with the housekeeping and front desk team to deliver a seamless guest experience. 
  • Perform routine facilities and grounds preventive maintenance and upkeep including painting
  • Respond courteously to guest requests promptly and resolve matters to the guest's satisfaction
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a hotel, apartment complex, residential living facility, or similar, is preferred.
  • Must be able to work various shifts per week
  • Must be a team player who works well under pressure
  • General knowledge of technical fields, such as carpentry, painting, HVAC, and electrical, is expected
  • Excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and the ability to work both in a team and make independent decisions
  • Must be able to lift 70 lbs., stoop, bend, climb ladders, climb stairs, etc.
