Animation Agent

Description

As an Animation Agent, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of entertainment activities for guests of all ages within a hotel environment. This role involves combining entertainment skills with the ability to facilitate team-building activities and promote an inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere for all hotel guests.

What will I be doing?

• Planning and developing a diversified entertainment program that meets the needs and interests of a wide range of guests, from children to older adults.
• Coordinating and executing recreational, sports, cultural, and adventure activities, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
• Designing and facilitating team-building activities and group games that promote cooperation, effective communication, and team spirit among guests.
• Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm during activity implementation to inspire active participation and guest engagement.
• Supervising and assisting in the implementation of special events such as themed nights, parties, and celebrations, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
• Collaborating closely with other hotel departments, such as food and beverage and entertainment teams, to ensure effective coordination of activities and events.
• Maintaining and caring for the equipment and materials necessary for activity implementation, ensuring their proper functioning and maintenance.
• Collecting guest feedback and suggestions on offered activities and using this information to continuously improve the entertainment program and experiences provided by the hotel.

An Animation Agent  serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Intermediate English language skills
• Basic computer knowledge

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous customer service experience
