Job Summary:
As a Business Travel Sales Manager, you will manage local and national business travel accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
Job Description:
· Handle transient volume accounts and corporate business travel sales for property.
· Evaluate potential business opportunities, qualify potential accounts, complete bid process, complete all portions of RFP process, negotiate rates and contract volume sales agreements.
· Work closely with DOSM as well as provide all necessary services to travel managers and clients and achieve transient revenue goals.
· Conduct Sales visit and maintain good working relationship with the following: Corporate Travel Managers, Procurement officers, Business Travel agents and high-end leisure agents at travel agency.
· Pass all relevant & detailed information on signed contracts to Reservation/Revenue Manager to ensure rates are loaded.
· Review daily arrivals for future potential business as well as proper tracking.
· Established Book of business preferred, referrals requested
