We have the following vacancy for you at the Hilton Cologne (starting as soon as possible):

Bar & Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) 

Your tasks as Bar & Restaurant Manager:

- You lead the way as a motivating role model and are the first point of contact for your team's questions and concerns

- Your biggest goal is to strengthen teamwork, team cohesion and communication, especially with other areas such as Conference & Events Sales, Banqueting, Restaurant and Kitchen

- Through direct guest contact and the evaluation of feedback, you will continuously work on improving our guest experience 

- With your flair for trends and social media, you will support our Sales & Marketing team with ideas and content creation for marketing the Pigeon Post Bar & Eatery

- You enjoy supporting and challenging your team

- You are also happy to take on administrative tasks such as rostering, staff planning or price calculation

- Agreeing and setting departmental targets, tasks and incentives

- Implementing, ensuring compliance with and realising Hilton quality, safety and service standards.

- As one of the unique Hilton Destination Bar's, your personal touch and creativity is also required here 

- Efficient planning within the budget guidelines and planning of forecasts

- Compliance with and improvement of the high standards are important to you and thanks to you, e.g. cleanliness, occupational safety and fire protection standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

You will fit in with us if:

- You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable position

- You want to work in an inspiring environment where you are encouraged and challenged

- You are familiar with the common social media channels and would like to contribute to the creation of content

- You speak German and English very well

- You like to contribute and implement your own ideas

- You are communicative and work on an equal footing with your team

- You have high quality standards for your work

- You have a valid work & residence permit
