As Manager, MarTech Operations/Partnerships, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Customer Engagement, Loyalty, and Partnerships team reporting to Director, Loyalty Platforms, you will drive customer acquisition and retention through these valuable partnerships by offering our members and customers the ability to engage with Hilton outside of stay activity.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Reporting to the Director, Loyalty Platforms - you will work directly with Global Partners with a primary focus on international co-brand relationships, stakeholders, and IT partners on new partner related Enhancement requests in addition to existing partner enhancements
  • Monitor partner activity (batch files received, response sent, API’s) and troubleshoot partner issues to ensure all processes are working between the partner and ICF/Hilton
  • Coordinating IP updates for ICF or partners, changes in processes (batch layouts, API’s updates), issues with partner authentication, etc.
  • Maintain all financial partner-related SOP’s, batch layout and partner API related documents, and all financial partner onboarding materials
  • Manage a flexible work schedule to accommodate interactions with our existing and potential global partners

How you will collaborate with others:

  • You will manage global external and internal partnerships from the Customer Loyalty Platform viewpoint, working with multiple groups, engaging and collaborating with IT, and multiple partners.
  • Primary responsibilities will be comprised of intake, assessment, testing, execution, and organization of new global partner onboarding, partner updates, and continued partner enhancements as it pertains to Hilton Global Financial Partnerships.  
  • Coordinate and develop test cases with our UAT team.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • You will be responsible for global upcoming and existing global partnerships
  • You will be responsible for projects across multiple technology platforms

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience working through system enhancements through the system development life cycle from gathering requirements, and supporting IT during build, to UAT, to post-deployment support.
  • Five (5) years of experience in problem resolution, including identifying cause, scope, and scale of issues
  • Professional technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Databases and SQL
  • Working knowledge of APIs
  • Work with Vendors, Technology teams, and Integration partners managing full scope of development projects

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • One (1) year experience in Marketing or Marketing Operations & Partnerships
  • Five (5) years Database and SQL experience
  • Bi-lingual, proficiency in Chinese languages – Mandarin, Cantonese, Hunanese
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, technologies, and processing environments
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or technology industries
  • Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
